She is abnormally smart for her age, and half the time no one knows where she gets all her knowledge from. She's very soft-spoken — in fact, she hardly speaks at all. Though when she does speak it is with the most certainty of a thirty-year old woman. Anyone would label her as a brilliant fourteen-year-old with a heck of a head on her shoulders. She's rich with facts and is constantly informing the Morioka cousins with new and interesting data she discovered by reading books or watching the Discovery channel. She's brave and tough and has a creative mind. She's always making new little things to decorate the Morioka house with, like little paper flowers to make the place prettier. She's more mature than a reserved adult, and knows the ways of people. She finds every little thing in life fascinating and holds the tiniest things like insects in high regards. Her mind is constantly flourishing and is always open to learn more. History: Dakota's father, William Jensen, was head director of a private organization known as Jen21. This organization was secretly performing numerous tests and experiments on rare exotic animals in hopes of accomplishing their goal to make a giant army of enormous hybrid beasts to concur the world. Dakota, appalled by the grotesque experiments, threatened to expose her father's plan. Her father, ready to let nothing get in the way of his evil plan, ordered Dakota be eliminated without her knowledge. He called none other than the Blood Moon organization. Upon seeing photos of their next victim, Reno was skeptical about killing an innocent child. He is someone who usually never goes soft for a target, but there was something about this one he couldn't put his finger on. With much persuasion, Rin agreed they would spare this girl's life. After taking Dakota in hiding, they informed William of her execution. Rin happily grabbed the sac of money. Now, they have no choice but to stick with her, because if William somehow finds out she was not executed like he was told, he will end up having them all killed. She stays with them in the Morioka house. They managed to expose William Jensen and his evil experiments in the process and he was turned into the police. His cronies, however, out of a job, are still vengeful and are on the lookout for Rin and Reno and Dakota. Dakota has a quality that serves well for Blood Moon, an innocent girlish charm when trying to persuade or lure in an enemy. She is currently still in-training to become a skilled assassin like her partners, and is surprisingly good at it already. NOTE... Blood on the Moon, or simply Blood Moon, is a crime organization founded by Vin Morioka, Kitomi and Rin's father. This organization aids individuals with any personal conflicts, such as embroilments with other individuals that they want solved with violence. Example; a businessman hires Blood Moon to execute a rivaling CEO. They get paid on commission great deals of money for each man killed. Men from all over the country know who to contact when they want a job done. It is now lead by Rin Morioka. As time passes, however, and as more members are added to the team, the more their area of business expands.
