She knows what she wants and will stop at nothing to get her way. She enjoys everything about modern technology like cell phones, computers, video games (she kicks butt in racing games), etc. She's messy and sloppy and definitely can't look after herself, much less others. She's always looking out for what's in her best interest and could care less about anyone else. She thinks boys are pigs but needs them to survive. When she really wants something she bats her lashes and lets her charm take care of the rest. She goes to parties even though she's too young but the bouncers all love her anyway so she always gets in. She's quirky and random, and will always do the thing you least expect. History: Scarlett lives in a small poor little house in a small poor little town just outside the city of New York with her father and two brothers. You can say that they are a rather dysfunctional family, if you could even call them that. She doesn't get along with her father — he's a drunk and lost quite a few brain cells — so they are constantly bickering. Her mother Anne was hiding a whole other family from her husband and children. She was living double lives and no one knew about it. Her "other family" all got along perfectly, it was the life Anne had always wanted. Anne left Scarlett and the rest of the family to stay with the other family permanently (about three years ago from present day). Anne blamed her leaving on her drunken husband and this is what the family believed until Scarlett discovered the truth one horrid day. After that moment she and her brothers loathed the very sight of their mother and never wanted anything to do with her ever again. Her father can't keep a steady job and so they've moved quite a few times in the past three years. Her relationship with her brothers is strong, although most of their time is spent bickering or having loud disagreements. They pretend to hate each other and always pick at each other's nerves but they do understand and lookout for one another. One day, after the whole incident with her mother, a man called Bobby Cronem approached Scarlett with a job offering. It started out just a quick little job on the side to make some extra cash. The job was to lure in one of Bobby Cronem's targets so that they wouldn't suspect anything. She did as she was told, not knowing what the outcome was going to be. She realized that this Bobby Cronem was a trained assassin when he slit the man's throat practically right before her eyes. At first she didn't understand. But Bobby made everything sound so wonderful, she had to accept when he offered to train her to be as good as him and suggested "We could work together, you and I." So from then on, behind her father and brother's backs she has been training with Bobby Cronem and doing jobs with and mainly for him as an assassin. Of course, everything twists around when she discovers there are others just like her, others that kill under the organization known as Blood Moon. NOTE... Blood on the Moon, or simply Blood Moon, is a crime organization founded by Vin Morioka, Kitomi and Rin's father. This organization aids individuals with any personal conflicts, such as embroilments with other individuals that they want solved with violence. Example; a businessman hires Blood Moon to execute a rivaling CEO. They get paid on commission great deals of money for each man killed. Men from all over the country know who to contact when they want a job done. It is now lead by Rin Morioka. As time passes, however, and as more members are added to the team, the more their area of business expands.
